Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid features of Collectd, operated by Satiate Studio Ltd (doing business as Collectd) (“Company,” “we,” “us,” and “our”) at https://collectd.io (the “Services”).

Payments for the Services are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”) as our merchant of record. Paddle is the company you pay for purchases made through the Services, and Paddle's refund policy governs refunds of those purchases alongside applicable consumer protection laws. Plans covered

Collectd offers a free tier and two paid options: Pro (a monthly or annual subscription) and Lifetime (a one-time purchase). This Refund Policy covers both paid options.

Cancellation

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your account settings, which will direct you to Paddle's customer portal. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period, after which your account reverts to the free tier. You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods after cancellation. Lifetime purchases are one-time and do not renew.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled in accordance with Paddle's refund policy and applicable consumer protection laws. Consumers in the UK and EU/EEA have a statutory right to withdraw from certain digital service contracts, and you may have additional rights under local law. Where the law grants a withdrawal or refund right, it applies regardless of anything to the contrary in this policy.

To request a refund, contact us at privacy@collectd.io or manage your subscription through Paddle's customer portal. Paddle also provides buyer support and refund requests at paddle.net. If a refund is issued, access to the relevant paid features will cease.
